- We’ll drive directly to “Parque das Nações” a modern and stunning waterside site with dazzling modern architecture, and along the river Tejo to Alfama, a medieval quarter, a magic blend of historic buildings and picturesque streets, with great photo opportunities at every turn.
- Next stop is Belém District to visit the Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Tower and the Monument of Discoveries. You’ll have the opportunity to eat a “Pastel de Belém” – a sweet flaky-pastry custard tart.
- We´ll take you to downtown (“Baixa”) driving through “Bairro Alto” built in the 16th Century. Downtown Lisbon, rebuilt after the earthquake of 1755, we’ll stop for 1 hour for shopping and a visit. From “Rossio” square we are ready to go to the typical restaurant where we’ll dine – a two course dinner and drinks included – and listen to Fado and watch Folk dances.
